Specification of Brewing Equipment
The brewing equipment consists of a mash tun and kettle, which is steam heated. The brew house vessels are clad in polished copper and the beer is fermented in six stainless steel uni tanks prior to sterile filtration, processing and filling into bottles on the Movarek bottling line. The Movarek line was specified due to its ability to consistently produce high quality products with extremely low dissolved oxygen content.
