Notes:

The First Brew is a one-off recipe, which uses around 60% “Pop’s Pale Ale Malt”

from Crafty Maltsters, with the addition of darker roasted malts for colour and

flavour. A combination of low mashing temperature and Nottingham Ale Yeast

provide an extra dry finish.
