Username and password - if we collect a username and password, this is for security purposes and how we can verify you as a valid customer.

Payment card number, expiry date, issue no and the name of cardholder – We may collect but will not hold payment card information. Dependant on the ordering method, payment card information is either:

 

Online -  entered into a secure online payment provider by the cardholder.

 

Telephone – taken verbally and entered into a secure online payment provider by the salesperson.

 

In person – taken via a chip and pin terminal.

 

Correspondence and communication - if you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence.

 

Third party information if you send us information about another person, for example, if another person is taking delivery for you or is collecting your shipment on your behalf, or if you are requiring delivery to an alternative address, you confirm that you have identified ABUK to them and told them what we would use their information as set out in this Privacy Policy.
